Food Storage Guideline: Refrigerator Checklist

Your Kenmore refrigerator will do a great job of keeping your food cold, your ice cream frozen and your produce fresh. But there’s even one things that our refrigerators cannot overcome – nature. Nature has a way of giving every food an expiration date. The trick seems to be figuring out what the date is. These guidelines – provided by our friends at Sears Home Services – is a great starting point for figuring out when that lunch meat has turned and how long those eggs can be eaten.

For additional food storage guidelines, visit the USDA website.
